Dear NeoDocto Interns,
Congratulations on being a part of the NeoDocto Internship Program! We hope this experience has been enriching for you so far. We understand that you may have questions about claiming your internship certificate, and we're here to guide you through the process.
Internship Overview:
The NeoDocto Internship Program is designed to be flexible and accommodating to your academic commitments and study routine. You can choose to attend as many SMART (Structured, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) sessions as required by your university or what suits your daily study schedule.
Each SMART session will last for 2 hours, and you will earn 20 points for every completed session.
Internship Duration:
You have the option to complete your internship within either 3 months or 6 months, depending on what aligns best with your availability and goals.
Points System and Grades:
The NeoDocto Internship Program follows a points-based system, and your eligibility for the internship certificate is determined by the total number of points earned. The grading scale is as follows:
C Grade: Achieve 1000 points.
B Grade: Continue the internship until you reach 2000 points.
A Grade: Accumulate 3000 points.
A+ Grade: Reach 4000 points.
A++ Grade: Attain 5000 points.
Claiming Your Internship Certificate:
When you achieve the required number of points for a specific grade, you become eligible to claim your internship certificate. Here's how you can do it:
Step 1:Â Point Tracking - Keep track of your attendance and points earned for each SMART session. The NeoDocto Internship Program coordinator will also maintain a record of your points.
Step 2:Â Reaching the Points Threshold - Once you reach the required number of points for a specific grade, you become eligible to claim your internship certificate at that grade level.
Step 3:Â Submission - When you have accumulated enough points for the desired grade, submit an application for the internship certificate to the NeoDocto Internship Program coordinator. Your application should include your full name, contact information, university details, and the grade level you are eligible for.
Step 4:Â Verification - The NeoDocto Internship Program coordinator will review your application and verify your points. This process may take a few days, and you will receive a confirmation once your eligibility is confirmed.
Step 5:Â Certificate Issuance - After the verification process, your internship certificate will be issued to you digitally, via email. It will include your name, the grade achieved, the duration of your internship, and any other relevant details.
Important Notes:
You can claim your certificate anytime after achieving the minimum required points for a grade.
There is no maximum limit for points, and you can continue attending SMART sessions and earning points beyond 5000 if you wish.
The certificate will be awarded based on the highest grade level you have achieved during your internship period.
We hope this guide helps you understand the process of claiming your NeoDocto Internship Certificate. Remember that the internship experience is not only about earning points but also about gaining valuable knowledge and skills. We encourage you to make the most of this opportunity and wish you the best in your future endeavors.
